culinary adventures -- apple pie


My contribution to the Thanksgiving feast tomorrow includes apple pie. Used all Granny Smith apples and the traditional apple pie recipe found in the "How to Cook Everything" I decided I wanted to go all-out with presentation and used an cookie cutter shape on the top crust. I think it turned out pretty decent. Now I just have to cross my fingers and hope it tastes as good as it looks.
